VTB says to raise minimum mortgage rate to 10.9% from Saturday

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- Russia's second biggest lender VTB will raise the minimum mortgage rate by 0.5 percentage points to 10.9% on Saturday, the bank said in a statement on Wednesday.

"The new price terms are applicable for the acquisition of ready housing, housing in construction and under the refinancing program," the bank said.

All applications sent before Friday will be considered on current terms.
